Warrior Wagons was founded with the mission of giving newly diagnosed pediatric cancer families collapsible wagons filled with both practical and comforting items to assist them on their cancer journey. Having experienced childhood cancer ourselves, we know how difficult it can be, and also what is most useful to families. We hope to give our Warriors not just a useful wagon full of goodies, but hope and encouragement as they begin a journey no family ever wants to take.
Warrior Wagons is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, incorporated under the state of Minnesota and operating in both Minnesota and Illinois. Our program is currently in four hospitals: The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota; Children’s Hospital of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota; the Ann and Robert Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois; and Minnesota Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Donations help us to buy wagons and the items we fill them with for children battling cancer. As our Warrior Wagons gain speed, and we increase our reach to new hospitals, it is important to keep our organization strong. Please join those in our communities and support our Warriors with a monthly contribution or a one-time gift. Our Warriors and their families thank you!
